When do orders ship?

We do our very best to process and ship each item as soon as we can. Items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days once we receive the order. 

Orders may take longer to process, especially during the holiday season. We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping providers.

To get an estimate on shipping - just put the item(s) in your shopping cart and enter your zip code and hit the "Recalculate" button. 

Shipping options will be available. You can do this before ever entering your name, address and payment information.

What are the shipping options?

Please note that we do not process or ship items on Saturdays and Sundays or on US Holidays. Some items are not eligible for express shipping. Express shipping may not be an option on larger-quantity orders. Shipping charges are subject to change. 

A tracking number will be sent to your email so you can track your package once the order is shipped. At times, we do have to send your order in multiple packages. Some products are shipped directly from our vendor's warehouse. 

Additional shipping fees could apply as these items are not eligible for free shipping. International shipping, express shipping, and in-store pickups are not eligible for products that ship directly from our vendor's warehouse. 

Please note that international shipping is significantly more expensive than domestic shipping. Free shipping promotions and/or discounts do not apply to international shipments. Items shipped internationally or to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii require additional processing time.

What do I do if an item is missing?

If an item is missing in your order, we’ll take care of it. Please contact us via email at info@michelleadoorablecreations.com Include your name, contact information, order number, and the item you’re missing. A member of our team will quickly be in touch with you.

What do I do if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, we’ll take care of it. We’ll gladly cover the shipping costs for both the returned item and the replacement item. Please contact us via email at info@michelleadoorablecreations.com include any photos of the damaged packaging, items, your name, contact information, and order number.

What is the return policy?

We can only do exchanges on damaged or defective items as we do not accept returns for refunds due to the type of products we carry.

How do coupon codes and promotions work?

In most cases, coupon codes do not apply to sale items or cart-level discounts. In most cases, cart-level promotions or discounts will not apply to items already on sale. Coupon codes do not apply to shipping costs and sales tax.

How do I apply a coupon code?

On the Cart page, click the “Add Coupon” link, type in the coupon code, and click, “Apply.” Or, you can type the coupon code on the checkout page by clicking the “Coupon/Gift Certificate” link.

I forgot to apply a coupon code to a recent order. Can I get the price adjusted?

No, we are not able to apply coupon codes to your once you have submitted your purchase. Please note that coupon codes do not apply to promotional items, shipping costs and sales tax.

When will out-of-stock items be back in stock?

We work with various vendors worldwide and have a rapidly evolving product line throughout the year. It’s difficult for us to provide information on when an out-of-stock item will be back in stock, but we do offer an ETA on the product page. 

We highly recommend checking back regularly to see if the out-of-stock product is back in stock. 

For items that are out of stock, you can sign up to receive an email notification when the item is added back into our inventory system.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Contact us via email at info@michelleadoorablecreations.com with the requested changes to your order ASAP.

We can not guarantee changes can be made to your order if we have already started processing your order.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Check your tracking number to see if your product was delivered. If so, please contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office and not the USPS hotline. 

Your local post office will be able to provide quicker and better service. Ask who delivered the package and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions and will generally provide helpful information. 

Please note we do not reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding!

If tracking shows your product has not been delivered please contact us so we can submit a lost package claim for you and get another product shipped out to you.
